Applied to all types of Wire-cutting Electric Discharge machine. It can be also used as cooling liquid for metal-cutting processes.
Features
This product was developed for super high thickness cutting, suitable for cutting within 2000mm thickness workpiece. This product can withstand the requirement of large current and large pluse width in high thickness cut, which has the capacity of great washing, cooling, chip removal and ionization and also added a special damping components to stable electrode wire. Thus, this product is conducted to cut high thickness workpiece, but also get a smooth surface. The product is manufactured for orders.
Cutting over 1000mm thickness workpiece, recommended pluse width over 100µs, duty cycle is 1: 10, cutting current is 3～6A.
Suitable for cutting within 2000mm thickness die steel, it is also suitable for multiple-cut.

Precautions and appearance
The product is yellow ointment and the diluted liquid is light milky white. Add the ointment and water in proportion when replenishing liquid.
Please use the magnet to suck the workpiece before processing is finished, and avoid breaking molybdenum wire.
