How to adjust the frequency tracking feed speed to the optimum cutting state?

       Regulating frequency tracking feed speed can ensure the stability of processing and improve the pulse utilization rate but cannot improve the processing speed. Improper tracking speed will significantly affect the processing technology indicators and cutting surface quality, and may cause broken wires. The adjustment of the best frequency tracking speed could refer to the following two basis:;
       First of all, the best processing current should be 80-90% of short-circuit current (keeping the molybdenum wire pressure on the side of the workpiece and opening the wire and high frequency in the initial processing, meanwhile the ammeter shows the short-circuit current value), The processing should be in a stable state when adjusting the track feed speed so that the processing current in this range, this rule can be used to adjust the feed rate to an appropriate value; Secondly, it can be judged processing status by observing the wobble of the ammeter pointer. The indicator of current meter should not move when normal processing. If the current meter pointer often swings downward, it shows that it’s under tracking, and the feed speed should be increased; If the current meter pointer often swings upward, it shows that it’s in a short circuit state that is over track, and the feed speed should be slowed down; it’s shows the processing is not stable when the current table pointer back and forth big rocking, and should analyze for reasons to adjust the parameters (such as adjusting the pulse energy, liquid flow, wire system includes the state of guide wheel and bearing) and continue processing, otherwise easily lead to broken wire.
