JR1AA is special for "MS-WEDM". On the basis of the good performance of traditional JR1A, aimed at the the processing characteristics of "MS-WEDM", made some new improvements, and its main characteristics are embodied in the following aspects:
1). When the main cut current is in 6-8A, the inter-electrode state is still clean. thus the clean inter-electrode provides a good condition for the subsequent trim cut with smaller energy;
2). Medium with good dielectric properties and channel compression performance guarantee the normal discharge of trim cuts of small energy;
3). By adding into some bright components, cutting surface is more brighter, white and homogeneous;
4). Further improving the rust resistance.
It is very difficult for the working liquid to remain in a relatively clean gap in the main cut with larger energy of "MS-WEDM". At present, most of the working liquid on the market used when the machining current is 5A, the workpiece surface has appeared burning. Once the burning occurs, there are some carbon deposition on the cutting surface, resulting in the irregular surface and the uneven conductivity, and the subsequent trim cuts can not be on the rails, especially for the smaller energy trim cut. This is why most of working liquid of "MS-WEDM" on the market is in the machining, the main cutting current is generally about 4A. The main purpose of JR1AA special for "MS-WEDM" is: making high frequency power supply reach full potential, "No burning" cutting can carry out normally in the main cutting current 6-8A(the maximum machining energy range of "MS-WEDM"); and keeping discharge gap in a relatively clean state, the comprehensive efficiency including main cut and trim cuts are improved greatly. Due to maintain a clean discharge gap under the condition of main cut with larger energy, so trim cuts with the smaller energy is used to obtain a fine cutting surface.
